If the transaction is a USDA loan we will work with you to obtain your Loan Note Guaranty.

Liquidation

SBA Complete is here to support your institution when loans go to liquidation. If the status of a loan is non-performing and is transferred into liquidation we have the expertise to assist you in putting together the 10 tab file for SBA repurchase or gathering the necessary documentation for USDA.
